Jive is so customer service oriented, that they really stand out. So many tech support departments disappoint, but Jive always goes above and beyond, quickly, and with a smile (you can even tell over the phone). My questions are always answered super fast and they always take the opportunity to educate - not just facilitate.

Stop shopping around. Jive is the best service period. They deliver on their promises. Gave us a great deal and are always there to help.
