customer service is awesome!

The representative was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I felt as if the representative went the extra mile in trying to understand the issue I was having and try to rectify the problem.

Every time I call I get good help and explanations to get to the root of the issue or how to do things. Jive is a good company and stays true to their brand(s) and Customer assistance, even through a merger, and so forth.

Great Product, Great Service

Intuitive, complete tool with excellent voice quality

Fantastic company and product / service! Beyond phenomenal customer service / support. Versatile, easy-to-configure product that works great - a rare set-it-and-forget-it thing. A couple of tiny irregularities here or there that don't affect anything significant. Two caveats. First, we are not using it for a call center, so I can't speak to those features. Second, you may need some help with setting up dial plans - the dial plan editor is not the most intuitive.
