I have been advised since December that the sweatshirt I ordered would be sent “within 3-5 days”. It is never sent, no tracking number. Will be disputing with my bank.

Empty promises, miserable quality, slimy and useless customer support The Hoodie arrived with lost and further loosing applications. A promised full refund or replacement was never fullfilled as the shipping costs to Pakistan with a tracking-ID as wished from them, is as expensive as the Hoodie itself (about 50 $).
