Came across this website just doing a Google search and I liked the prices. Good selection of everything. I ordered, I got a quick shipping update within a day or two and my package arrived quickly. Great and quick transaction with this store.

We have been trying to contact you since you left this negative review, but you have ignored all our emails. I would like to address a few things here. First, This looks like a customer service issue, not why sure you would leave this on Trustpilot. Second, the pipe you received is 10" long, exactly as described on the product page you ordered from. Not sure why you were expecting a 4" pipe when you ordered a 10" pipe, and received a 10" pipe. Third, as far as an exchange, of course it can be exchanged, but you never even contacted us in regards to an exchange. In conclusion, like I said, we have reached out to you numerous times in regards to this but you choose to ignore us. Not sure why when we are more than willing to help you get this straightened out.
It was easy to order in excellent condition. It was packed and protected very good. It wasn’t just thrown in a box. It actually showed up when you said it was going to show up. That’s what I liked. The most. It wasn’t a day early wasn’t a day late it actually showed up when you said it was. There’s a lot of companies that say that and they show up a week later, very good price very much satisfied if I need anything else this will be the place I will re-order again thank you so very much.
