The designer of the light personally called to help me solve a problem...
I was having a technical issue getting the HSS to work on one of Interfit's lights. I contacted customer support and I got a call back from the designer of the light!! I was blown away that he would personally call me to help solve the issue! Very nice and smart guy, we talked for 10-15 minutes about the problem, photography projects, and future product releases. In the end, we agreed all the problem signs point to my camera being the issue. (I ran tests and came to this same conclusion). I guess this is an excuse to get a new one! I was already excited about the capabilities of the light, and now I'm fully on board seeing how dedicated they are to helping customers!
