SCAM DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! If I could rate them a 0 I would for being deceitful and being shady. A door to door salesman (Kavan O'barr) showed up at our door offering a discount, $100 for a whole house spay down with a 300 dollar discount . Seemed like a decent deal but do not trust them for they do not tell you the whole truth. He never told me about a monthly charge and said i would be charged every 3 months. When I realized what had happened I tried to cancel and they said they had to voided the discount for the service I had received and charged me $300 for the cancellation fee. This company’s main goal is to get people unknowingly hooked on their shady subscription and hit them with big fees for canceling. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Gary was very informative and gave our property a detailed survey to give the best pest control for our situation. Gary was also very polite and easy to speak with.
