Kale Sylerson technician was excellent in his manner & behaviour and explailned the pest control contract very well to me an 82 year old lady. Kale goes the extra mile in his job, which is most appreciated. I look forward to doing business with Kale.

Our experience was great with Andrew. He explained everything in length and asked if we did understand. He had to do a redo as the other fellow had problems with his equipment. He did say he was sorry for that. If I have any further problems to call him direct. Very pleasant and new his business. Thank You Andrew I

I noticed mud daubers in my home. I have an annual plan so I called. Spoke to someone they told me they would have a manager call me. Horatio called and didn't appear to know I was on a plan. He was rude and didn't listen and hung up on me. A week later still trying to get a hold of the company and now waiting on hold to schedule a follow up (currently 1 hour 15 minutes). They use the excuse that its really busy. Hire more call centre folks seriously. I will not be renewing.

Initial visit by tech was positive but when I called to schedule the 3 week follow up visit the queue was so long that I left a message but nobody got back to me. I tried calling again the next day and left another message. I also tried to get someone on the phone and after being told that the wait is 'only' 11 minutes I decided to wait in line. Thirty minutes later I'm still waiting and the queue doesn't seem to be going down very fast.

They sent over Matt, who impressed me with how he performed his pest control job. I found him to be a perfectionist and a very knowledgeable young man. These days it's difficult to find people caring about the company they work for. He was very thorough in performing his job and courteous. The best Pest Company I have used. I highly recommend them. Job very well done!

Kale Syverson gave temendous service. He was very he4lpful and explained everything that he was doing. He really enjoys doing his work and it was a pleasure having him showing what involved. Kale is a very good ambassador for your company. We would like him to be our permanent service person. He really deserves a good bonus from your company.

We signed up with Insight last year and the first year we had no issues. This year 2023, we've had nothing but issues. We have been having issues with wasps and earwigs and cannot even sit outside due to the wasps. They have sprayed twice and it has not helped. We have been trying to get through to someone via the phone number provided and are kept on hold for ever! The hold recorded messages says your wait time is 5 mins then comes back and says 58 mins. We have waited on hold, left messages (as per the recorded message), over the past 2 weeks and still have not been able to get through and after 4 messages left, no one has returned our call. Very disappointed with this companies performance and will be canceling our payments.

Once again Sachin from the Burlington location of Insight Pest control went the extra mile. I had almost missed him when he came to do my last service in fact l caught him on the road driving away after the service. He stopped and came back to look at an area that had a hidden hornets nest. He sprayed and has offered to come back personally to remove it as the spray takes about 20+mins to work. Now that’s going the extra mile which is so appreciated. Thank you again. What a difference having the service visit every month has been. It’s even controlled the big dock spiders. Everyone I have had the pleasure of dealing with in the company has been fantastic from sales to customer service.
