Great product offerings, great customer service and very easy to get the results - super happy with it and have recommended to many people.

Doesn’t integrate with Apple Watch for the other half of the metrics (sleep and activity/exercise). Great concept, but missing a big piece without syncing data from the worlds most prolific smart watch.

Overall I like the service and think it provides value that I'm willing to pay for the foreseeable future. That said... ever since switching to the mobile app from the web account the experience is the opposite of good. The app absolutely sucks and now my information about blood results, recommendations, etc., feels very disjointed, incomplete, and incoherent. I've provided my feedback to support already in a more detailed summary and still waiting to have my account reverted back to the web version. Until that's done or until the mobile app get a MUCH BETTER update I will reconsider this service.

Wow! This company is legit and takes on a new comprehensive approach to nutrition and health!

Inside tracker gave me to opportunity to try to take some control over my health. I felt that it was time to take the controls before a possible noise dive. Doing the profile on the web site was easy. The genetics test was easy to do and mailing off was easy. The blood test I had to do in another state because of covid19 restrictions in the state I live in. Although I made an appointment there was no fast path to getting the sample drawn when I got there. There was a wait. The results from the blood test were limited. Five markers that are believed to predict longevity. Since there is suppose to be AI used for the predictions I kind of thought that there would be more to the results. I thought that the AI would have data crunching that would give amazing insights. However, the results were clear and pointed to some things that needed to be improved. And that is been worked towards. I thought I was perfect in every way biologically speaking. Nice to know though. The results from the DNA test were no where near as worrisome as I feared. Some things to watch out for though but nothing serious. I thought that the predictions for the kind of sports I would be best suited for where right on. This kind of matched in with a book I read called Blue Print that stated personality can be predicted from DNA. The diet recommendations I'm following quite closely. Inside tracker texts me to check in on how closely I'm following the recommendations. This helps to be honest, and also keeps me honest. Like I said I felt I needed to take control of the destiny of my health. Insider tracker send eBooks for recipes and one or two I have tried, Over all InsideTracker has been very helpful for me. My mind was in a place where I was thinking of health issues and keeping healthy and InsideTracker was a nudge to committing to my health preservation. InsiderTracker has helped me to learn, investigate, about healthy living.
