I feel like I'm in more control of my health using empirical data. While I find the service a little costly partly because I am in Canada, the value supersedes the expense for me. I hope to see the price drop in the future.

I have not received any information since submitting my data several weeks ago. Two emails telling me I would receive data soon but nothing so far. Not impressed sadly. 😕

I was really excited about this service. I paid $600-700 for a test but no results have been provided to me. I've contacted customer service 10 times now with no success, both via phone and email. I've been told that the results are at Quest and haven't been uploaded into Inside Tracker but InsideTracker hasn't been able to address this issue for almost 6 weeks now. Updated- InsideTracker elevated my service requests and immediately fixed the problem. The initial blood test had been destroyed by quest with no results. A new test was ordered after customer service elevated my service request and the results came back within 5 business days. The actual test results are awesome.

Would give zero stars if I only could. Part of my blood tests results failed to download-one was in html the other as required pdf. I informed the customer service team , resend them and was informed they will be added to the full analysis. It did not happen so I contacted the customer service again, this time they ignored my request. Will try to find out how to reclaim the money back for undelivered service. Nobody is going to pay me back what was spent on blood tests though

Not what I was expecting for $700. Apparently, I’m much older than my chronological age and now all they want me to do is to buy their supplements, get more blood work by them and It just seems like a endless hole for something that should be straight forward and easy to understand. Would not recommend it

I wanted to clarify that we don't sell any supplements at InsideTracker; however, a great next step now that you have your blood results and InnerAge would be to set up an Action Plan. You can do this on our app or on desktop, whichever you prefer. An Action Plan will provide you with personalized recommendations to improve your InnerAge and any unoptimized biomarkers based on your goals, whatever they may be. If you need help at any point, please reach out to our Customer Service team and we'd be happy to help you get the most out of our product.
