Inside Tracker has been a game changer in my quest for personal health and fitness. Inside Tracker’s age/gender specific metrics for each blood test are so much more accurate than the ranges of the greater population enabling even my physician to practice better medicine. Having the ability to test at-will allows me to monitor the effects of various protocols and make adjustments as needed. Additionally, regular testing is very revealing as to the quality of the various supplements incorporated into my personal plan. Inside tracker is a very empowering tool. There is, however, still a clunkiness to the website and the blood panel comparisons are not particularly user-friendly. It would be much more desirable to have a spreadsheet view that allowed up to ten or more test dates per screen. Identifying trends over time is difficult in their current format.

You can track your progress over time with their app which also provides amazing insights on how to improve your health with references to the science behind their daily nutrition recommendations. This was a game changer for us and allowed us to be proactive and take control of our health.

The service is easy to use and the website is easy to navigate. Test results are available within a week. The data and insights are great. The phone app is useful for checking off daily goals and quickly referencing your last blood test results. Other than that, there isn’t much to it. The app takes a very long time to load and must be restarted often. Sometimes radio buttons for checking in respond very slowly.

Great guidance on optimizing biomarkers, using solid peer-reviewed research. The app does a great job of gamifying healthy habits.

Their sales website is very clear and easy to use, once purchased it’s a really easy process to set and upload tests. I also interacted with their customer support - who were responsive and very helpful. Their results report was faster than expected and very well designed . It’s super easy to use and provides so much helpful information. I’ve set goals and started progressing some recommendations. Really worth the money and effort.
