I am so grateful for the recommendation from David Sinclair regarding Inside Tracker. Finally, a health service provider that made a real difference in a very simple and prompt way, at a very nominal price compared to others I used, and with fabulous customer service. I highly recommend!

Avery is leaving Insidetracker: What a very sad news for me! It’s for me like he represented Insidetracker if it we’re not of him I remember, I was leaving Insidetracker 2 years ago when nobody helped me have my blood draw only him He has always been here for me, a resource-person to organize on time for me my blood draw in Canada, to send me my pdf results for my doctor, to make sure I have my email questions about my results answered, and always to answer all my questions, etc. Etc.etc. ? Well, I still have, for the time being, 2 other ultimate tests and I’m sure I’ll have the same excellent customer service he gave me all these years. It seems now that the customer service will be answered by 2 persons: Joe, I know him, he too had done the same excellent customer service, each time he answered when Avery was away, however Richard, I don’t remember I know him but confident about him Best wishes for my heart to Avery

After paying inside Tracker over a thousand dollars for a lab draw, they have not paid the lab. I have made several calls to customer service and have been reassured that they would pay the bill. Unfortunately, I am now being sent to collections as insect tracker has not paid the lab for the services. it has been over 6 months since I recieved a bill from the lab. I would avoid this company at all expenses. The report they sent is rather generic and not very helpful.

Hello Richard, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have faced, and we are glad to inform you that the issue has now been resolved. Regrettably, in cases like these, we do not have direct access to Quest's billing database, and despite being assured that this was resolved months ago, it seems to have persisted. We deeply value your patronage and hope that you will continue to be a customer of InsideTracker. Please rest assured that we are committed to assisting you throughout your journey in any way we can.
Do not waste your money. This is not personalized but is rather generic and overpriced. The action plan I received is the same action plan as my wife and the exact same as the two other action plans I saw from other inside tracker participants. I informed them of my exercise habits beforehand (strength training 5x/wk) and have a slight lactose intolerance, which my dna tests picked up and they noticed. In the end I was given 7 recommendations to be healthier, two of the seven were to eat more lean red meat, one was to eat shellfish once a week, one was to eat a bowl of grains once a week, one was to increase my dairy (what about my lactose intolerance), one was to increase my sunshine intake, and the final recommendation was to lift weights 3x a week. This is a scam, I will be refuting the charge with American Express, and recommend everyone save their money and see their general practitioner who can run these same tests.
