I ordered the most basic InsideTracker product with the mobile blood draw because I work from home. However, when I went to schedule, it was an endless back-and-forth - there was no availability for mobile phlebotomists at all, and scheduling is tough because you're talking to someone who works for ExamOne (Quest Diagnostics) who is sort of a middleman and not really connected to a specific lab or to InsideTracker. Finally I gave up and scheduled my blood draw at a physical location even though I had paid extra for the mobile draw. The location was weird, not a lab but a semi-abandoned looking building with one person working in it. Luckily she was great and the blood draw was an easy process. I did get my results quickly, but didn't find them much more illuminating than a blood panel from my PCP that's covered by my insurance. Not the best experience and probably not something I would pay for again, unless the process was way, way more streamlined and simple.

I did my first Blood Bio marker testing summer of 2022- have had 2 more tests and adhered to the excellent recommendations for supplements, food options and general health guided by the IT team. My blood markers improved dramatically - for a 67 yr old active athletic woman this is positive news and inspiring as I age and maintain my health - I recommend Inside tracker to friends and anyone interested in better health and an active life! The data has been great to have but I struggled a little with the testing instructions…specifically because the site was unfamiliar with this service and had a hard time coding the tests properly in the system. It will be easier the second time around!

I wish doctors would just use this service as an overall health-check tool! You get not only the blood marker information, but the web site *educates* you as to what each means, and then how to improve each through nutrition. Talking with the nutritionists fills in the gaps and it's an awesome service! Oh yeah, and... you keep getting data updated in the web site to track your progress over time. Highly recommended!
