i've been pleased with my Inogen. We visit a lot of nattional parks that have high elevations, and this unit makes it possible to enjoy the views and still 0be able to function (breathe).

My husband loves his Inogen, he is able to carry it with him be able to travel without the scare of not having enough oxygen with him and what he loves the most it is compact, small and easy to carry.

when I first started with Inogen customer service was not the best but has improved greatly. I just wish the new lighter weight model was covered by insurance because I can hardly carry the older one. also using 3 liters of oxygen the battery should last 2.5 hours but has slowly dropped to 2.15 hours which means I have o carry an extra batters and sometimes the charger cord making a total weight of around 9 lbs
