After 2 models would buy again

The Inogen unit needed to be replaced three times in under a year. So the unit quality is questionable. However, it came with a lifetime warranty. And the company quickly and politely replaced the unit each time. The unit itself, when working, is a lifechanger. It allows freedom of movement not possible with large oxygen tanks, even when they have wheels attached.

We have had numerous problems with our G4. Inogen has rushed replacements to us every time we've had a problem with the product and we are very pleased with Inogen's response. But....are there QC problems with the G4? It seems to be very fragile.....low oxygen, battery problems.

Great support from the company. Reliable and easy to use

I been an inogen customer since 2016 and I am happy with their machines and also with their customer service department. I would and have been recommending Inogen to other people.

My Inogen G2 has been great. It is small and light, making it easy to carry when moving around stores or dining out. It is easy to recharge at home, and, when I am on the road, I can easily plug it in to a power point in my car to recharge or 'top off' the battery. Customer service is fantastic! The representatives are friendly and knowledgeable.

I find it much more comfortable than the tanks I used to use and they have been very helpful when I have had any problems and respond in a timely manner.

Easy to set up & use with minimal problems. The print in the instruction booklets could be larger. Had a great person to contact for any questions.
