All in all an ok unit (inogen4), battery charges very slowly, capacity mediocre, weight near uncomfortable range, bottom line if you need it you probably learn how to deal with it. Unit makes continuous “spitting” noises, quite unpleasant to have to listen to. In low or dark light operating knobs are impossible to read.

The manual and diagrams make it very easy to set up the Inogen for use. The Inogen is very easy to use and delivers oxygen in a very smooth way...no blasts of air from the cannula. The only problem I have is with the weight. It’s a bit heavy for someone with degenerative arthritis in both shoulders. After shoulder replacement surgeries I’ll be able to use the shoulder strap. Until then I’m using the shorter strap. The Inogen makes me feel secure when I go anywhere. No fears of not being able to breathe.

I like my ingeon 5 the only issue is i wish the batteries would be alot lighter. The unit is lightweight until you put the battery on an then it gets a little heavy

The batteries do not last they say they last for 4 hrs but it is more like three quits at 26percent

The service was outstanding. No hidden terms or waiting time. All up front. The only part I did not like was when I first called and was not allowed to talk to someone about question I had, until I answered their questions in which I was not ready to give out. But Balil was great and understanding. Thanks for your help

It is a lifesaver!! I was able to go on a cruise without tanks. I felt alive again and was able to travel so much easier. I would not trade my Inogen for anything!! I think I referred at least 3 people to give you a call for a unit.

The extra length of oxygen hose is inconevient no place to hook it. Gets caught on things.
