InfoTouch offers me the ability see sales history. When popular items are on sale it is easy to know how many to buy. When money is on sale you buy it!! The software also allows me to see volume to make sure items are moving and not just sitting on my shelves.

The software is easy to use and navigate. Annette was very professional and knowledgeable about the software. She also made adjustments as need on the spot. The software was custom made to our need.

Overall my experience with Infotouch has been positive. The team has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are quick to respond to issues and actively listen to concerns. The system has helped streamline our transactions. Transactions have been streamlined compared to our previous system.

I haven't been with infotouch on a one to one basis for long only about a year,(we had gone thru a second party for about 8 years) but Alden has been most helpful and is always quick to respond to my questions and I really appreciate that in a service. Here's to many more years together.

The service representatives I deal with whenever I call are polite, patient and always have a solution. They call back when they say they will. Technicians walk with me through my concerns and are knowledgeable and listen thoroughly.
