Infotouch Support is NO more what it used to be.....as a small business and using Infotouch POS since last 28 years, time has come to look for a change!! and paying for their license every year just doesn't make sense any more......they just ignore your emails for support as well as phone call messages!!

They were great answering the phone and questions and very prompt, UNTIL, I signed and agreement. Then no one and I mean NO one answered the phone, rarely did I get a return call. The only thing I did get was excuses about why my system, that I was paying for was not ready to set up or it was ready to install just needing to get some one out there. A year later, canceled the order and now I am trying to get my money back, but still no phone calls answered lawyer has sent a letter and they will not even answer calls from the finance company (that they work with all the time).

I have been installing Point of Sales Systems since 1995. Recently I had a customer who need to be upgraded to a current version of the software. The customer paid for their yearly subscription back on November of 2022. I should be valid till November of 2023. In July InfoTouch sent a expiration with a end of life for the version that my client was on. The software would shutdown and be unusable. They would not honor their subscription to November. Now the customer has been without a system for several month. I have tried to call many times. When I did get someone, I was told I would be called right back. No call back. They initially said that they would not update the customer. After some conversation and paperwork, they said that they would..... Nothing. They pretty much abandoned the customer and me as a dealer. They will not call back. This software is dated. It is very clunky. Don't buy. The software has changed hands and they have not done much to the functionality of the software for over a decade. T

Its funny using this system for about 2 years. Anytime I need help tryng to get a hold of a live person is non existent, and if so they switch you over to a rabbit hole to someone who never answers. They always say sorry wrong dept will switch you over lol. I had to renew My license and followed the instructions on the screen to call and advisor for a code. No one there. Shortly after I did get an email with the code and seems to be ok for now. I emailed back to thank them , the repy was dont respond to us here . If you are used to awesome customer service stay away from this platform.

I called my CC processing company Worldpay to close my account. I was informed that I would have to go through InfoTouch. I have never had any dealing with InfoTouch. They did not sell me my pos equipment nor service same. Until this point I had never heard of InfoTouch. I suggest that they are crooked in their business dealings. Prove me wrong. You do not answer phone calls at any of your numbers or extensions.

Hello J Perry Barker, We are sorry you are having issues closing your account with Worldpay. Unfortunately, we do not have any record of you under this name within our organization, but we would like to help make this right. It is possible that the representative you were working with either misunderstood your name, or your business, or thought you were a customer of ours. Please feel free to call us at (210) 679-4700, press 0, and ask for either Jeff Ballard or Maria Vazeos. We hope to help you get this resolved in a timely manner. Sincerely, The infoTouch Team

Hello Predrag, We are sorry to hear that you had a difficult time getting in touch with our support staff. Unfortunately, we had an extremely high call volume this afternoon, and were unable to answer every call on the first try - as we strive to do. We did receive your messages, and responded in a timely manner. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us via our website at www.infotouch.com. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Sincerely, The infoTouch Team
We was working with this software for more than 1 year and technical support is so slowly to attend your problem. You must first send an email and then they will contact you. They don't work on weekends so if you have a problem you have to have a plan B. In my case this weekend was large for the labor day I started with the "license problem" on 1th September and it's almost 10 am on the third day of September and nobody help me yet. I just received an apologize. Just imagine you can't open your store for 2 days just because you got a license error.......and you don't owe nothing.

Joaquin, we are very sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with infoTouch. We do offer after hours support as well as support on weekends as an option. However your software contract expired in June of 2019 and we extended it for free for an additional two months. We contacted you numerous times explaining without payment the software will automatically turn off. You choice was not to purchase. After the processing ended, our staff responded promptly the following business day offering to reinstall the software. Our records show you again refused and the issue was resolved. Again we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused your business.
