ils ont bloqué mon compte sans aucune raison ni explication même après communication avec le support

This is the worst app to use. few days ago, I booked a cab for ₹430, not only he took thousand rupees from me. He also did not drop me on the right location and when I tried contacting the customer care, they actually asked me to wait for days and they told me that they’re trying to contact the driver, they have blocked the driver which will never going to help me, and I don’t even know if the driver is blocked or not, even if he is blocked, how will that help me in any sense because he’s not contacting them they’re not giving me money, they are not, they’re not returning. They just said it is not there area. They are just there to book a cab and the agreement is between the driver and the customer, they are just so basically they cannot help you. If you are in any situation, they will just ask you to wait until the driver himself will contact you which I don’t think he will ever do.

I used to be a big fan of this app, but they have just done the biggest scam of this year, they told us to wait for live broadcast on 24th august, at 5pm. But they started a fake / scammy broadcast at 9, they announced random IDs , indrive has nothing to do with IDs and customers don't have any IDs. Then, i asked their support, and support girl, Name Aqsa, she said she doesn't know anything about these announcement,i shared screenshots as well, she said she didn't have any idea. #fraud #scam

Buenas, uso Indriver hace mucho, a veces es bueno como a veces tiene precios muy elevados, pero completamente decepcionada del servicio al ciente, nadie me reponde porque por primera vez tengo un problema con un conductor, servicio al cliente no responde, me cierran el chat, no dan solución, qu eterrible experiencia y yo que uso tanto InDriver, asi es como pierden clientes

Chauffeur a buenos aires qui nous ramenes de l aeroport , mon epouse laisse un cadeau sur la banquette pas le temps de recuperer il redemare sitot lacher et apres appel dit qu un client suivant a pris le paquet! Societe a eviter ! Des voleurs ils n ont pas pris ma demande en compte bannissez les!

Horrible company, driver never showed up and waited so long for a refund I NEVER got. Scam company and only has like 4 people for customer service. Sucks I’d rather use Uber

What the cheao this company is literally f.I have did ride on main road I stay 15 min on wait of driver. Driver didn't picked the call and haven't come or cancelled ride I contacted support to talk him regarding the issues the cheap support never come online or give number due to rain my laptop was get damage but company never attend me even on support and I am regular ride just do advertising useless cheap never improve quality.
