This app is a scam, absolutely pathetic service. Their drivers never agree on the said fare. They always need extra. It is not economical. The management doesn't have any control on their drivers and charges. I would recommend never to use this rubbish app. Uber and careem is safer, use that.

Very bad service. They don't have any control over cabs and their charges. Drivers over phone start negotiating. Upon reaching to destination, they bully, behave badly even shout and in hush they take away extra bucks on pretext of one or other charge. It's miserable and pathetic experience. Over support services too, they fail to reply anything concrete.

No safety and security, captains always ask for extra fare. One of them shouted to me when I refused to pay more than the fare. 3 captains took the money and refused to give me the remaining amount or the change back and when I raised a complaint the CS teamleader told me that that there in no way to compensate me. No wallet, no option to use credit card, no option to change destination. Very poor service, very bad quality, very bad experience for me.

An app like rubbish, don't ever use it, their drivers are theives, their support team literally doesn't have a manager to escalate to. Don't ever use this app, stay safe and use Uber or Careem
