We're so glad to hear that our representatives were knowledgeable and helpful! We appreciate you taking the time to share your positive experience with us.
Imagine Cruising booked my flight at $3000 more than I was able to get the flight from Delta directly. While I was able to get credit from Delta for the difference in price, there was no reason that I had to lay $3000 out in advance for these flights.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand that pricing can be a concern, and we want to clarify that we book in a live environment where prices can fluctuate based on availability. We’re glad to hear that you were able to resolve the pricing difference with Delta directly. Everyone I've dealt with at Imagine Cruising have been professional, knowledgeable, and helpful especially Ferdinand who I dealt with recently. I noticed a difference in price for airfare and he immediately took care of it. Will definitely consider taking another tour/cruise with Imagine Cruising.

We're delighted to hear that our team, especially Ferdinand, provided such professional, knowledgeable, and helpful service. It's wonderful that the price adjustment was handled so efficiently. We look forward to welcoming you on another tour or cruise!
When I booked, I specifically asked whether my cabin would be on Deck 11, as I am travelling with two other couples who are both located on that deck. I provided David with both of their names so he could also see their locations. He assured me more than once that I would be assigned a cabin on Deck 11 and said he would need to contact Concierge to obtain the cabin number, as he could not do so himself. I have now received my reservation and, not only am I not assigned to Deck 11, I don't appear to have a cabin assigned at all. Given that I specifically confirmed this before booking, I am very disappointed and would like this addressed. Update Oct 10. Received a call from Customer Service and they corrected the issue and gave me a room assignment on the 11th floor.

We're so happy to hear about your positive booking experience and that our agents were knowledgeable. We are also eagerly anticipating your first cruise with us next spring!
We have had great experience with the people we have worked with at Imagine Cruising. This time Ferdinand helped us. He was very helpful, very thorough and friendly. These days when you call most travel companies you are connected to someone that speaks English as a second language, however we have never had issues with understanding these folks.
