I am rating this at 4 stars only because when my Television arrived the delivery person new nothing about the white glove delivery I had ordered. Other than that the customer support and the price of my television were excellent. Friendly and nice customer service. A great product at a great price.

They were great. Only complaint is a hidden charge of freight insurance that was 8%. Still best price even with the insurance.

I got a 65 inch Samsung Q9FN for $1825 from iElectrica. No shipping cost. No tax. Seemed too good to be true because the price was too low compared to other sites such as Amazon, Newegg, Best Buy, and Samsung, but the TV came in a few weeks and works beautifully. I will definitely be getting my next TV from iElectrica.

I received no tracking information from the company. When the delivery company finally called to arrange delivery, they said someone would need to be there to accept the tv. They did not tell me that the oversized television would only be delivered to the end of my driveway-over 300 feet away from my house. Luckily, my husband had the day off, because my 85 year old father in law (or me) could have never gotten the tv to the house by himself.

I responded to an advertisement via Ebay for a Samsung 75" tv which provided free delivery. After placing the order I received a call from iElectrica and was told that there would be an additional charge of $177.49 for shipping insurance that would need to be covered. in addition, they sold me a 3 year warranty for $199.99, when I referred to the original advertisement I found that there was an offered 2 year warranty for $74.99, called back to cancel the 3 year warranty was given a difficult time canceling, they finally said it was canceled and my credit would show up in 3-5 days. After 7 or 8 days of the credit not showing up, I called the credit card company and put the charge in to dispute and had that part of the charge credited. Would I do business with iElectrica again, not likely!!!

They’re scammers basically. Their delivery company “AMTrucking” dropped and damaged my TV while they were “testing it” and I had stepped away to the other room. I didn’t notice until after they had left already. I called their claims literally 15min after. The guy I spoke to was extremely rude and blamed the situation on me. Now iEletrica is refusing to send me a replacement or give me a refund when I spent over 2k on this purchase alone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT

Hi! We are very sorry but this TV was delivered and inspected during delivery. Photos were taken and in the photos you can see the buyer inspecting the TV. Later on you called back and submitted photos of a huge crack across the screen that was not there when the delivery was made initially. We do not cover physical damage that occurs during installation or if the physical happened AFTER delivery which is what happened.
Capable and qualfied staff support a website that is easy to navigate. Very good experience with them - highly recommend!
