Wendy was friendly, intelligent, and extremely helpful in answering my questions and telling me the next steps to take to secure my information after I received an alert from the company. The provided additional information via email so I would have in written everything she told me on the phone as well as contact info. In the many years I have used ID Shield I have always received great phone help every single time I have needed it. I trust them completely to monitor my online information and notify me promptly and to provide steps to solve the problem.
