This company seems sketchy at best ! Once you receive the product , you will find no contact information for service ! No phone number to call and no website ! There is no service department and no customer care ! I do not recommend this company or product as my ice machine worked for 3 days and quit working ! RG

We received our filters earlier than expected. We are happy with our purchase.

Parts arrived on or before due date in fine condition. Customer service provided a very clear video on how to install them.

This product is great! No issues with function unlike the ICEMAN we previous owned and returned.

I've had problems with getting my order delivered. But it wasn't their fault. They were very responsive to my emails, and replaced the original order, that had been lost. Unfortunately, when I did get the product, it did not fix my problem with my water filter in the refrigerator. But, in the end, they refunded my purchase because of all the problems.

The only Filter that fits our refrigerator. And they are cheaper than the ones available at our home improvement store. Communication that filters had shipped could be improved upon.
