Tried to buy fridge water filters from my normal company. They said they don't carry those filters anymore. What luck!! ICEPURE not only had the filter in the size I needed but I was able to get three (3) for less than half of the price of one with my former supplier. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out ICEPURE is my new fridge water filter supplier!!

I purchased these filters and once received the filters don’t fit. I requested a refund however, was told I don’t know how to install the filtets for a refrigerator I have owned for 5 years. They ate requiring that I video tape my attempt at installing the filters before I can receive a refund. This is ridiculous!! I need the filter and am still looking for my refund! BAD Service

Bought a new unit. Got it and it was missing a small magnetic piece that is needed to operate the machine. They sent me a replacement magnet that got it to run. Days after, the machine stopped and the small magnet was no where to be found. They sent me a new one and I also needed the hardware to change the swing of the door (that was not included) and the suction when you close the door was not sealing great. After going back 60 days and begging for a return, they finally admitted that they have issues with this model and asked me if I could wait 60 days for the new version (basically admitting the current version was a lemon). I requested my money back. They required that I send back the unit so I requested a mailing label. Since it was over 60 days, the original packing material was gone. It costed 17 dollars for a box and 20 for them to pack it . I requested this also to be refunded since the unit was a lemon and they said this in numerous emails. With that said, I never go the money for packing and the service and quality was horrible. I never write reviews but I would recommend staying away from this brand.

They were responsive. I even had a part that broke while I was installing it and they sent me the new part and did not charge me. Great people to do business with

It has always been a positive for me, when it is time to re-order the product. After making a filter change, the water seems to run faster through the system when I want a drink or after using ice cube draw.

Excellent products at great prices. I've been ising these Pur Plus filters in the Pur Pitcher for quite a while. They seem to do a much better job of filtering water than any other that we've tried or use. We have a refrigerator filter, but it doesn't do nearly as well as these do. I also like the filter change indicator on the pitcher. Thanks!
