I've been with these guys since 2007 or so, and the support is terrific. They respond quickly and have no problems with followups, which usually aren't needed, as they get what I'm asking in the first place and give me the correct answer first try.

I love the techs at ICDSoft!!! Nothing is EVER too much for them. I've been with ICDSoft for at least 17 years, I think - and have contacted them a few (too many) times over the years and they have been wonderful EVERY time!!! The ONLY time I have been unable to access my sites has been when I've had probs on the Australian end - ie: my internet supplier has gone down. Most of my sites have been hosted in the states, and I will continue to have them there, but because their customer support is 24/7 I never have a problem, having to wait for replies for my questions.
