Usually I get someone at icdsoft who actually tries to answer the questions. This time the person told me to go read about it.

We found your case in our support system and, after reviewing it, we would have to respectfully disagree with your complaint. Not only was your issue addressed properly, but our support team also provided additional information directly in the ticket about what the exact reason for the issue is and how to resolve it, which you eventually did. Your issue was identified and addressed in the very first reply by our support team in a matter of minutes, and at no point did any of our support representatives refuse to answer any of your questions, nor did anyone from our team tell you to "go read about it". One external link was provided because our team was trying to be as helpful as possible (which we always try to do) and provide you with additional information on a related topic that could be useful for your future website management. If we are guilty of something in this particular case, it is perhaps of being too detailed in our replies and providing additional explanation and advice while addressing your issue. Almost 20 years with ICDSoft for a reason...
ICDSoft has hosted my site since 2003 and they keep getting better. Continuous improvements make it a no-brainer when I set up additional sites. They have the best support, customer service, quick response.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. I have been using them for over 12 years and frankly their support team is second to none. Support is almost instant and highly, highly competent. I've been in the IT business over 30 years and have never found a hosting company this pleasant to work with. I also run a bunch of servers on Amazon and Huawei cloud but for my business critical stuff having ICDSoft support is really a far safer proposition! On a recent hacking event, their support ensured damage was limited and our downtime minimal. If you are looking for a place from which to run your business then you really couldn't get any better. Furthermore they are very well priced.
