Support is the best!
I've been using ICDSoft for over 20 years. Their hosting is fast, reliable, inexpensive, and their Support is top notch. I've deal with other companies over the years (working on other websites) and have had some pretty bad experiences with Support. Sometimes because theirs is that bad and other times because ICDSoft's performance over the decades as set the bar so high for me. I truly cannot say enough good things about their Support. Like today. I opened a ticket at 12:33:46 GMT and it was completely resolved by 12:39:55 GMT. SIX MINUTES is all it took to fix a problem. Granted, it wasn't hard and required no follow up but I've routinely seen other companies take hours or even days to respond much less resolve.
