Response from HWE Stationery Ltd· Jul 1, 2020
Hi Pat, I'm sorry your experience with us didn't meet your expectations. I believe we addressed this issue via email a week or so ago. The pen you ordered was defined in the item description as "Fine 0.3 mm". We don't carry the extra-fine 0.1 mm variant, and didn't receive any specific request for an extra-fine variant. There was no option for this product on our website. If we had we received a request for it, we would have informed you of this. We would be happy to arrange a product return as we had previously offered. We strive to ensure every customer is happy with their orders, and know misunderstandings can occur. We hope you will shop with us again, as we very much appreciate your business. best, Joe
