My order was in sub par condition with ruffled pages, it was late arriving, and they sent me the wrong color

The shipping was super fast, and the packaging was so lovely! I have ordered pens and journals from various shops, but I was surprised by the consideration HWE Stationery wrapped the products. It was also sweet that they hand wrote a little note. The attention to little details made a big difference.
