4.5 rating. Honestly, this would have been a 5-star rating. My husband and I spoke to Chris for additional details. Both the service and the watch itself more than exceeded our expectations. On the negative side, FedEx screwed up big time with a driver who attempted to deliver the package to the WRONG address - across the street from us. Upon learning that FedEx attempted to deliver the package, we then had to contact the carrier (another challenge). The watch finally arrived the next morning.
