My delivery was on time and the guys were super polite and friendly! Great company!!!

I will never order from any company that uses hub group to deliver in my area again, my package has been supposedly out for delivery for two days, when you try to call you get same answer, the warehouse is not picking up the phone, they lie, and their customer service is useless. I know my package is heavy and the driver which usually is female simply doesn’t want to have to deal with it.

⭐ 0 STAR — DO NOT RECOMMEND HUB GROUP This delivery was for a hot tub purchased through Lowe’s, with Hub Group handling the delivery. Hub Group delivered my HOT TUB — yes, an entire large hot tub — to the WRONG HOUSE. Their own delivery photo clearly shows an address that is not my address. That was THREE WEEKS AGO, and my hot tub is still missing. Hub Group never contacted me to notify me there was a problem. I have called more than six times trying to get this resolved and have been told on at least three separate occasions that a supervisor would call me back. Not one has. Nobody can tell me where the hot tub is. Nobody can track it down. Nobody can give me an answer, and customer service tells me they cannot get in contact with the local hub responsible for the delivery. This isn't a small package accidentally left on the wrong porch. It is a LARGE HOT TUB. Their own photo documents that it was delivered to the wrong address, yet three weeks later they still cannot tell me where it is or what is being done to recover it. Even more frustrating, this is our second experience with Hub Group and the second time we've had a problem. The lack of communication, accountability, follow-through, and urgency has been completely unacceptable. Three weeks. Multiple phone calls. Multiple promised supervisor callbacks. A documented delivery to the wrong address. And I STILL do not have the hot tub I purchased from Lowe’s. If you have any choice in your delivery provider, I strongly recommend avoiding Hub Group.

If there was an option for lower than one star, I’d select it. This is now the third day they failed to show up for a scheduled pick and failed to call. They’re simply the worst.

This is the second time we've had a delivery from The Hub Group. The first time they didn't bring their tools for the white glove delivery. Glad we have a team that brought tools the second time around!

Wish I could give zero. I wrote a review yesterday after multiple cancelled / rescheduled deliveries. So today I saw that my expensive new range was coming from 3pm to 7 pm. Great! 11 am I get an email that I'm the next stop. Fine! Even has a live map that shows me 3 stops away (ironic as email says I'm next). Ok! I look at my driveway camera and they are driving away after dropping it in the driveway. No door knock, no nothing. Also smashed pallet. If I ever buy another appliance from Home Depot, I will ensure it is not getting delivered by the albatross.

The delivery window was from 8:00am to 10:00am and they came right around 8:00am. The delivery workers were very friendly and fast. They did a great job. Thank you!

The day before the delivery, I received a text alerting me of the delivery on 8/4/26. I called and spoke with an agent who told me that the delivery window would be 3pm-7pm. Then a few hours later, I received another text confirming the appt for 8.30am-12.30pm??? A few minutes later, I received another text saying that I had a delivery scheduled for 8/20/26 between 8.38am - 12.30pm?? The day of delivery I tried to call the number on the texts and it continually went to voicemail. The delivery showed up at 9am - so much for the lady who told me 3pn-7pm. Lucky for you, I was home. Not a great experience at all.
