Good Experience
Today Hub delivered a sofa bed we had ordered from Home Depot. Hub was good about communicating the 4-hour block of time it would arrive and narrowing down the time block as they progressed. Home Depot had failed to let them know that we had paid for a complete "white glove" delivery, but Jose and his partner graciously did it anyway, assembling the sofa bed and discarding the cardboard, saying "we like to help people."

My questions were answered promptly
My questions were answered promptly, with no stress. It is too bad that the first door was not the correct one, and the replacement door arrived damaged. I hope the replacement for the replacement will arrive in good condition, on time. I am not a greedy person, but I really think that the THIRD door should have been offered at half the price, or less. I was offered a 10% discount, but 10% is what I get no matter what the item or issue. That's only less than $50 for the huge inconvenience and stress. We bought 7 doors and also cabinets, paint, bathrooms, many things from HD. We have spent many thousands of dollars at Home Depot

The driver was curteous and professional. He listened to me when I told him where the best place to unload was and he was helpful, I can't say enough about how good the experience was. when you move everything goes wrong. Not in this case it was perfect.
