Your website has the wrong code for the cuff I wanted. I needed a bigger size than the one that I got and thought I was ordering a bigger size. While the delivery was timely I am not pleased with the experience.

Got confirmation of the order and shipping info. A day later got an email saying there was an error and they could not supply the product - "there was an unexpected incident in the processing of the order." and it could not be re-processed. They issued a refund and apologized for the error.

We have purchased a Corflex hand/wrist brace #37=0513 from you 3 times. I would give you 5 stars for the brace (it works very well for my husband) but I have never been able to order extra stockinettes even though they are listed as an option. Every time I add them online it changes my order to the wrist/thumb brace. I cannot order them separately. I have emailed and talked on the phone to HPMS and no one was able to help me. I don't understand why you have a product that i can't seem to purchase. I would stop business with your company but I can only find that brace from you. If someone could help me buy product #49-3911 I will be a very satisfied customer!

Shipping was too much. Product of great but it's hard to get over the shipping cost for such light items

Delivery is slightly slower than other companies. Can not reach them over the phone - ever. Recording tells you to email them for faster response. Still took a week before someone emailed me back.

Thought I would get a better deal by going directly to the source rather than using Amazon I guess about the same .

I purchased the mini massager to break down scar tissue in my hand on the recommendation of my physical therapist. My only concern is that if I apply pressure to my palm it often stops running. That has never been a problem when I use the one my therapist has. I have considered asking for an exchange. Is this possible? Would you send me a postage paid return label?
