I used this item in PT and though it would benefit me to have one at home to use daily. It has improved my grip strength.

These wrist restraints are exactly what I need. Fractured my left wrist last February and have achiness with weather changes and some weakness. Also have bone on bone in my thumb joint from wear and tear and arthritis. These really make daily tasks much easier for me to complete. Thanks Sharon
