It was easy to navigate through the site. So many great plans… I had a very hard time choosing which one I liked best.

Hi there, most plans are sent from the designers. We checked in with your designer, and he has sent it to you. We also left you a voicemail. Hope you love your plan and let us know if we can help with anything else!
Jason Shirk was extremely helpful!

That's great to hear! Thank you for taking the time to write this note.
I ask for reverse plan , when I opened it, it was still the same orientation, some lady emailed me and said it couldn't be done because she hasn't got the credit card and somebody would call me to figure it out, nobody called me. I emailed her back and told her nobody called me Still. Nobody called me so I'm still waiting to try and figure out how I get this plan reversed

Hi Mr. Ivor, it looks like we connected with you yesterday and you should now have the reversed plan from the designer. Let us know if you have any more questions.
It's not really a COMPLETE house plan, very disappointed in that. A complete should come with everything with plumbing and ALL.

Hi there, we've attempted to reach you to hear more about this. Feel free to give us a call, as we want to make sure you're happy. Regarding plumbing, please note that (as we mention on our site) the typical plan set does not include any plumbing, heating or air conditioning drawings due to the wide variety of local codes and climatic conditions. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local suppliers.
Awesome! Great experience, Dominique F. was extremely helpful in assisting me w/ my request both before and after the sale. She even assisted me w/ a new set of plans after we had already made the purchase and changed our direction on the build. I would absolutely recommend Dominique and Houseplans.com to anyone looking to build! Great plans, great pricing, and excellent customer service!
