Tammy, I’m so sorry for the lack of communication and the delay on your order. I had an unexpected family emergency in July and August and I dropped the ball—that’s on me. We’ve now canceled your order and issued a full refund. I truly apologize for the frustration this caused. If there’s anything else I can do to make this right, please reach me directly at [email protected] or 605-858-0545. If your issue feels resolved now, I’d be grateful if you’d consider updating or removing your review. Thank you for your patience. — Judd Uhre, Hotels for Humanity
