Great Billing support and technical support

I've been with Hostway for over a decade, running a couple of business sites and even a WordPress site. The reliability is solid, as has been the tech support. When I got lost on their (or my own back end and emails), we've always gotten things straightened out. Kudos.

I have been a Hostway customer since I started my business in 1984. The experience has been seamless and I cannot recommend a better friend to my video production company. Hostway rocks!

I have been using hostway for several decades and what few problems I encountered were quickly remedied by customer support. The support is fast and the ability to edit my website is very intuitive with no instruction needed to modify my website.

I think Hostway is great. It is up 99.999% of the time. We have had absolutely no problems. Hostway has also been really helpful when we need something done, like installing the certificates, renewing our website, etc. Just ask them.

Hostway has worked well for my small business since I started in 2002. Website is easy to navigate and cost is aligned with my needs. The few times that I had to reach out to customer service, they were nice and helpful. The one time I did have an issue, the representative stayed in contact with me until the issue was resolved.
