Mahesh was excellent again in doing the necessary troubleshooting which took time and effort in order to get to the problem causing SSL not to function properly. Everything works fine and smoothly now. Thank you.

Very happy with the way Ashish handled my call and helped me with getting through the payment process. The "fraud" check someone not located physically in India is a bit flawed though, I thought.

Migrating from one host to another can get a bit bumpy. Thanks to Mahesh and the rest of the support staff, issues with the move where corrected. Mahesh and the support team are courteous knowledgeable professionals and I feel that I made the right choice in trusting my E business to them.

Today itself i have taken reseller hosting plan from them and i cant even login to cpanel or whm panel. everytime it says your ip address has changed. the guy mahesh is saying that you will have to take a static connection but the fact is i am able to loging into godaddy, bigrock and milesweb with the same connection without any issue. Update1 : just after posting this review they deactivated my account instead of solving problems and said they would refund but it has been 4-5 days but got no refund. For prove I have their mail and chat also. Update2: Host4geeks is such afraud company that they are trying their best to remove my review. saying that i have no idea of using hosting service and i am not their customer as they never processed my pruchesed but the fact is i have all the mails and chat screenshots in which they clealy tell that they would refund and have cancelled my account. there is no option to upload screenshots otherwise i would have done that for sure

Your order was canceled and refunded prior to activation and since it was marked as high risk and unfortunately in order to protect our servers, network and maintain the sanity of our services we do not accept such orders. Your payment was refunded as promised immediately after cancellation. In case of not receiving the refund in your original mode of payment, you are requested to contact your bank or credit card company/authority to seek more information as they are in the best position to assist you in this regards.
