I've always been very happy with the service from H4G, but trying to cancel a service has been a hazzle. They keep invoicing me for services I have asked them to cancel for a long time and refuse to reply to support tickets.

Servers are so slow. At first day it was good but now its just getting worst... You can't even use Wordpress. My Wordpress site is loading at 6 seconds...

Looked good so I signed up. They are very quick to take your money but that is all they are quick at. Took over 2 days to get my whmcs license. Then I contacted billing again to alter my account and they do not reply and all the web chat support people say is "that is for billing and sales, they will contact you soon" but they never do. Be warned. This is a cheap service for a reason Support sucks so be prepared to DIY

Not sure what their server performance is like (hence giving them 2 stars instead of 1) - but the support is non-existent some 72 hours after asking some questions. 24.7 support? Nope. Not even "next day" support. If pre-sales questions are too much of a chore to answer within 72 hours, I dread to guess how poor the effort is when they already have your money. Very Very Disappointing. Went with milesweb.co.uk in the end - £1 per month dearer but I had replies within about 2 minutes of asking them questions. For me, the extra £12 a year is worth it when you get help pretty much instantly. Seems to be a thing these days to advertise 24/7 service - but when you put them to the test - it's startling how many firms fall flat on their face right from the start.

At first, they were AMAZING... but then the honeymoon ended, and their true colors showed. I should have known something was up when they don't issue refunds for billing errors, only credits. Then I should've seen the signs when their BEST TECH LEFT. :( :( But no... I dealt with 3 MONTHS of billing errors, despite Kushal saying that the problem was fixed each of the previous months. Needless to say, I got p.i.s.s.e.d. ((really? I can't say that?)) off and told them off on the 3rd month. When I have to stop my vacation to pay bills that should've been autopaid AND fight overcharges because of THEIR BILLING ERROR, you are going to get told off. Their response? Play nice or they would report my account for FRAUD. FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What - The - Ever - Loving - HELL ((<--- but I can say that *eyeroll*)) !?!?!?!??! How am I defrauding them when I PAID MY BILLS AND THEY MESSED IT UP 3 MONTHS IN A ROW!??!?!?!?!!?

These people are rude. I signed up for their service and decided within 24 hours that i wasn't going to use it and requested a refund. Never been to a web hosting site that did not offer a refund. They basically told me there is nothing they can do and they shut off my service. I then opened a PayPal claim sense I paid for the service and even though I do not want it, I cannot use it sense they locked my account. Be warned. Their service I am sure is great, but to go this far is ridiculous.

I have been with this cmpany for a few months. However, problem resolving one of the worst I have ever eperienced before. I also have issues with blacklisted IP addresses regarding mails. I was advised to purchase a new IP address. However, that didnt help me either. So, I am not using them for my businesses, rather just using them for some of my private clients, with less requirements.

While we are very highly rated across almost all platform I do fully understand the fact that there may be certain issues at some point of time which may lead to an unhappy customer, which happens at times, especially when hosting over 8000 active customers from over 40 different countries. IP Blacklisting, unfortunately, is one of the risks associated when using a shared environment. We have several measures such as pro-active monitoring of our servers along with daily scans of all our IP addresses across 40+ RBLs. This incident was perhaps only one of the very few blacklisting incidents that we have faced. However, as our staff recommended moving to a dedicated IP would resolve this for you. If not, please reach out to & I will put things straight. I do apologize for any inconvenience.
Your servers are good. However, their support team is deficient and very slow. If you need a service that offers continuous 24/7 support, this may not be a good place for you.

Do you have some details about your interaction such as a ticket ID or support agent name that I can pull up the records for? We have always had 24x7 support and in the last 7 years of being in business, not a single support ticket has gone by being unanswered for more than 60 minutes.
