I have been buying Horton's products for a number of years. The service is always prompt and I get my shipments in a timely manner. The quality of their products is excellent.

The fixed pin cabinet hinges I have purchased from Horton Brass have been top quality....fit and finish! Ones I purchased 10 plus years ago are still working smoothly and quietly. I only wish the lift-off pin types I had also purchased years ago were still available.

I'm a very small restoration shop and use Horton Brasses with my most discriminating clients so I don't speak with Horton staff too often , but each time I talk with them I come away feeling that I just made a good decision for myself, my client, and my project. My purchase today was under $75.00 but the service I received made me feel that I must be Horton's most important customer. I was a little uncertain of what I wanted when I called but got answers to all my questions regarding finish, size, etc. and then was offered some great discounts because I am a small business account.
