I had to wait for a while for the things I wanted because they didn't have them in stock, But it didn't matter for me as it was urgent. They let me know very soon after the order. The things arrived today in Australia, and were just what I was after. All good, thanks.

Shipped order same day. Received next day. Short half the posts for pulls. Called and they shipped the shorted parts. Received them late next day but they were the wrong size posts. Called following day to report problem. Shipped replacements same day which was a Friday. Haven't received replacements as of now (Monday). Should receive by end of day.

The product is very well made and as expected. I would like to have a few more installation suggestions included to attach the pull ordered to an existing backplate. I am happy with the great quality of the product.

The part was an oval shaped brass knob, not found in your local big box store. Order the part online Monday, part was to be delivered by following Tuesday. Very surprised when it should up on Friday in the very same week of the order. I was able to complete the project sooner than expected, making the customer very happy. Thanks for another great experience.
