Excellent service and product.

The part was an oval shaped brass knob, not found in your local big box store. Order the part online Monday, part was to be delivered by following Tuesday. Very surprised when it should up on Friday in the very same week of the order. I was able to complete the project sooner than expected, making the customer very happy. Thanks for another great experience.

I called the office to place an order at 4:58pm. They took my order very quickly. When I emailed later that night to inquire about expedited shipping I received an immediate response and follow up in the morning as promised. They expedited my shipping so I would have the hardware to meet my contractor's schedule. The pulls themselves are just beautiful.

I ordered the little brass bed bolt covers in an antique finish for a rope bed I own. They arrived promptly and looked just like in the picture. They are very pretty and I am very satisfied with them. Horton Brasses provides excellent customer service, I wholeheartedly recommend them.
