The package was neatly wrapped and had padding inside, but unfortunately the packaging inside was dented.

The product arrived within the shipping arrival date that was listed on their page. Not only that, my product came in excellent condition with no damage to the containers nor the items themselves. All in all, great service in purchasing Honkai Star Rail merch.

The staff responded to questions via the site chat quickly (within 24 hours, as stated). Packaging was very good and the order arrived well within the estimated timeframe. Only negative aspect may be that tracking is only provided by the local postal service, so you realistically don’t have any information until a few days before arrival. This may differ by the shipping line used though. Overall a very nice/comfortable alternative compared to the more complicated process via Taobao/Superbuy - although you may end up with a higher price.

Actual scam? Page product of my pre-order item doesnt exist anymore and doesnt answer when trying to contact them as I'm still waiting for my order.
