Ok is very good

Although it took a while to show up it arrived it arrived in perfect condition

Took only a week and a half for it to arrive once they got it! The items are super cute and great quality also nice and soft!

The quality of the products is reallygood. Although you wouldn’t expect anything less at this price point, it can sometimes be a bit pricey (but it’s merchandise, so whatever). Technical support responds very quickly and politely; it feels like they’re available 24/7. During my last order, there was a minor hiccup: the items I ordered were no longer in stock, and it’s not yet clear when they’ll be available again. We quickly resolved the issue and processed a refund (I’m waiting to see when (or if) they’ll be back in stock). In any case, I was satisfied with the experience.
