Zero correspondence with customer. Ordered a pouch I was needing a month later. After placing order received an email that orders could take up to 12 weeks to be fulfilled. Have ordered several pouches and belts for both myself and my team in past, but will look at other manufacturers from here on.

The materials, construction, and design are excellent! The equipment functions reliably and with ease even under stressful field conditions, including very harsh weather. Magazine pouches are comfortable, well-positioned, and protective. High Speed Gear is a straight-up outfit! Are they the best made? I don't know. But in sixty years of military, law enforcement, and hunting experience they're the best I've found.

I love the product and I understand that all the items are hand made, but it took a few months for this to arrive. I wish you had some inventory vs having to wait so long for product. I did check all the other sources you provided where they might have the item, but none of them had any stock. I wish I would have ordered two of them....LOL

These products coming out from High Speed Gear are top quality! You have to wait a little while for custom orders delivery, but well worth it!

Took over 3 months to come in, just for one pouch

Orders are extremely slow to process and customer communication is nonexistent. Taking over 3 months to deliver a mag pouch in 2024 is hardly impressive. In fact, it took so long I had forgotten I even ordered it by the time I received it. The products are good, customer service is absent and delivery times are unacceptable. Highly unlikely to order from them again.

Made order from products in the "we made too much" section on their website. After 2 weeks, I contacted HSGI for an update. Was told that manufacturing was delayed and that it would take 8-10 weeks for shipment. This should not have happened given that it was advertised on their webpage as "we made too much". At a minimum, they should post on their webpage about their manufacturing delays or manufacturing times. After contacting them, the items were shipped the next day. Great products but HSGI was not transparent.
