Don’t know what happened to HSGI. Took over 2 months to receive order, Website / my account section is horrible.

It was really easy to order, when I got confused on the belt sizes it was quick to call and get a straight answer. But the order processing time is not very obvious, with 10ish weeks to get a belt system and a clearance taco mag pouch not being great. Had I urgently needed the belt, my order would've been canceled and gone to a different company.

Top quality workmanship

Where do I even start? I placed the order back in late Feb/early Mar., and my orders were finally shipped 2 wks ago? Almost 110 dollars for a radio pouch and admin pouch, tax included? Ans especially now I'm leaving my current job and my order still haven't arrived? Knew I should've used Amazon in the very beginning.

I did not see on the website that items were back ordered. Made a order for multiple items on March 1st, 2024. it is now May 29th, 2024, and I have still not received my items. I understand the back-order delay, but 3 months back order is a little irritating. I was told my items were being shipped last week and the tracking number provided still says Lable created and no shipping information.

Had to continually prompt for delivery updates. Then finally after 8 weeks they “fast tracked” the item which still took a week to get out and didn’t bother to expedite delivery - arrived too late for event.

This is a high quality company. All of their gear is top of the line, and their customer service is good too. The lead times can be long, but everything they make is worth the wait.
