Lydia was very friendly and informative. She answered all my questions and did not try to upsell me when I told her what I could afford. It seems to be an excellent product, and Lydia explained it thoroughly.

Approximately two weeks ago on March 4,2024 I called to find out what "final expenses" meant. It was graciously explained to me and all my questions were answered. And if after I thought I understood, if I still didn't, they patiently explained it again. The whole experience was great and simply amazing. It turned out to be easy, how simple you can plan everything, and do it all before hand. Now that's what I call stress-free. I'm so glad I did this, now everything is taken care of. Thank you, Barbara Willis.

We cannot thank you enough for taking the time to detail your thought process and experience working with our team. Ambiguity and natural anxiety around the arrangement planning process often discourage many from taking the necessary steps to prepare until it's too late. Your words truly feel like mission accomplished for us in the sense of bringing clarity, ease, and comfort to the process! Thank you so much for your kindness and support in affirming our mission. We very much appreciate the opportunity to serve you. Your words have deeply encouraged all of us!!
Jaime, my agent was very friendly, kind and empathetic. I never felt pressured and I feel she was honest. I also feel she will be a lot of help to my husband when the time comes... now I need to convince him to get insurance as well.

Great agent & easy to sign up. It's great to plan for the future because you aren't guaranteed tomorrow. Lost a family member who had everything planned & I realized I needed to plan so it's not on my family. Thank you!!!

This so true! We are sorry for the recent loss of your family member, but what a gift that the process was planned. So many families find themselves not only confronting loss but in a loss for what to do because no plans have been made. Thank you for trusting us with the opportunity to help you establish your plan. We hope it's a long, long time before it's needed!
