For me its the 1st contact. My agent was very knowledgable and helpfull. She answered every question and even followed up to see if anything else was needed. This is the type of Customer service that rarely exists today.

Excellent service! All of my questions were answered and there was no pressure to buy. I appreciate the flexibility Robin provided when finding a convenient time for us to discuss my final expenses needs.
