They signed me up for a subscription plan without my knowledge and then took money from my account without my consent. Contacted customer service, and I’m still waiting for them to refund my money. Be careful.

I made my order. It was delivered promptly. Happy with product. I then got next delivery with an unneeded and extra £15.99 charge mixer bottle? Could not cancel. I now have enough product for 6 months so put hold on it seems my next order. I'm not sure? They were happy to do this. I do feel little better and will continue taking as I'm sure it is making a difference.

Very professional, supportive and customer focused which was even more appreciated when I had to unsubscribe through no fault of theirs. If you are considering doing business with them, do! You have nothing to lose.

I sent an order to see if I could find help for my upset stomach and general lethargy. However it seems I unknowingly subscribed to regularly receive the product and only found out when I got messages to say next order would be with me soon as requested?! I try to be careful about subscribing to things until im sure I want it.Im having cancer treatment that was discovered when I ordered so I chose not to carry on till I knew where I was with my treatment. I contacted Herbies and explained this and was told in fact I had subscribed ??? However my subscription was cancelled and I was refunded. They encouraged me to just wait to see how things go instead of cancelling but I chose to cancel and this was accepted. I was pleased with the communication but can't comment on the benefit of the capsules. I took them but didn't perhaps give it long enough.
