Always had deliveries on time, very helpfull customer service sorting out subscriptions. Felt that the Herbies worked as in cleaning inside but no weight lose and no flat belly also felt they increased my blood pressure and gave me heartburn. Has anyone else had side effects ,

Hi I would like to say thanks to Herbies as I am getting old I did not notice that I had taken out a subscription. But after I noticed and contacted them. Well I can’t fault them for how quickly they helped me. And told me not to return the items and they still gave me 30% of my money back. First class from me Dusty

Subscription without my consent. Very different to find a way to cancel Subscription. Really awful.

To help put things right, we have arranged a full refund for the most recently generated order, even though it has already been processed, and your subscription has now been fully cancelled, so you will not receive any further automatic orders or charges. I did not consent to a subscription nor was there anything it writing saying it was a subscription, i will look at forwarding the matter to trading standards, and i would also like you to cancel the subscription and refund me

I was concerned about delivery time and sent an email as I hadn’t received my product.. had a lovely nice friendly reply within 24 hrs explaining how long it normally takes to be delivered and it came 2 days later.. was also sent the tracking link So good job all round Just started using the product so fingers crossed it works as it’s advertised..

I ordered the oregano plus supplements last month. I thought this was a one off payment. However, I was charged a second time without my consent. Thankfully, the customer service team were very helpful and refunded me and cancelled my order. Just be aware that if buying any supplements, you will be charged monthly so make sure to read the small print carefully before purchasing!
